ISG delivered the refurbishment and fit out of a listed building for famous restaurant chain La Tagliatella in Cologne in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The challenge included creating a small mezzanine level seating area at the centre of the building constructed from steel. In total the project comprises of five levels, two of which are for guest dining, while the other three are designated for food storage, cooling and cooking as well as restrooms and office administration. Situated in a listed building, in the historical market square known as Heumarkt, the 160-seat restaurant is now one of the largest in the area.
